  • No. Xanadu Co. does not provide day-of coordination, event setup, teardown, vendor supervision, or on-site event management. Services are focused on the planning and logistics that happen before the event.

  • Event logistics is the behind-the-scenes planning that helps bring an event together. It can include timelines, venue access needs, vendor options, guest experience, party materials, goodie bag ideas, layout planning, and the thoughtful touches that help the event feel intentional and organized.

  • Xanadu Co. supports a variety of personal and social events, including celebrations, showers, milestone events, intimate gatherings, themed parties, and other special moments. If you have something you want to bring to life, the consultation is the best place to determine whether Xanadu Co. is the right fit.

  • Bookings generally require 6 to 8 weeks’ notice. This allows time for planning, sourcing, ordering, shipping, and finalizing logistics. Timelines may vary based on the event type, location, package selected, and availability.

  • If your event is less than 2 weeks away, Xanadu Co. may still be able to support you depending on the event type, location, requested services, and availability. Please book an Urgent Event Soon Consultation so your timeline can be reviewed.

  • Yes. Consultations are free and are used to discuss your event, your goals, your current planning needs, and which package may be the best fit.

  • No. You are welcome to review the packages in advance, but you do not need to know exactly what you need before booking. If you select a package that is not the best fit, Xanadu Co. will recommend the option that better aligns with your event needs.

  • Yes. After your consultation, Xanadu Co. can recommend the package or add-on option that best fits your event, timeline, and level of support needed.

  • The customized Event Planner Document may include theme direction, an idea booklet or moodboard, party details, a date-specific timeline, vendor options, outfit ideas, budget information, and other planning pieces depending on the package selected.

  • A Party Kit includes select smaller event items sourced, ordered, packaged, and delivered by Xanadu Co. This may include items such as food signs, stickers, party tattoos, cups, favors, or similar small pieces that support the event theme.

  • No. Larger items are not included in Party Kit delivery and must be shipped directly to the client or venue. This helps keep delivery manageable and ensures larger items arrive safely.

  • Booking support is included in select packages and may also be available as an add-on. The level of booking support depends on the package selected and the number of bookings needed.

  • Vendor payments, venue fees, rentals, supplies, and event purchases are separate from Xanadu Co. package pricing unless otherwise stated in writing. Any purchasing process, reimbursement expectation, or client approval requirement will be discussed before orders are placed.

  • No. Package prices cover Xanadu Co.’s logistics services only. Event costs such as venues, food, rentals, decor, vendors, supplies, shipping, and other purchases are separate from the package price.

  • Deposits are required for select packages. The Dionne requires a $50 deposit, and The Danielle requires a $100 deposit. Deposits help secure your planning support and begin the logistics process.

  • Payment expectations will be confirmed after your consultation and before work begins. Any required deposit must be paid before services are started.

  • Package upgrades may be available depending on your event timeline, requested services, and Xanadu Co.’s availability. If your needs grow during the planning process, Xanadu Co. can discuss whether an upgrade or add-on is the best fit.

  • Yes, some services may be available as add-ons. If the number or type of add-ons exceeds the scope of your current package, a package upgrade may be required.

  • No. Booking a consultation does not secure your event date. Your event date is secured once your package is selected, any required deposit or payment is received, and confirmation is provided.

  • No. Vendor availability, pricing, policies, and booking requirements are controlled by each vendor. Xanadu Co. can help identify options and provide booking support when included, but vendor availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Yes. Clients are welcome to use their own vendors. Xanadu Co. can support logistics around vendors you already have or help identify additional options if needed.

  • Refund and cancellation policies will be confirmed before booking. Because event logistics work may begin soon after payment, refunds may depend on the package selected, timeline, and amount of work already completed.

  • Xanadu Co. is based in Colorado. Service availability may depend on event location, timeline, package selected, and whether any in-person support, delivery, or walkthrough is requested.

  • Virtual planning support may be available depending on the event type and services requested. In-person services, delivery, and walkthrough support may be limited by location and availability.

  • The cost of Party Kit items is paid by the client. Xanadu Co. will provide a breakdown of the items being sourced or ordered so clients can understand what they are paying for. Package pricing covers the service of sourcing, organizing, ordering support, packaging, and delivery when included, but it does not include the cost of the actual items unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • The cost of vendors, venues, supplies, Party Kit items, rentals, and other event purchases is the client’s responsibility. Any purchasing process, payment expectation, or approval requirement will be discussed before items are ordered or bookings are finalized.

  • Yes. Virtual logistics support may be available for events outside of Colorado. For events in other locations, Xanadu Co. will use the consultation process to determine the level of research, sourcing, and support needed.

    In-person services such as delivery or location walkthroughs may be limited based on location and availability.

  • No. Urgent consultations do not have an additional fee. However, events with a shorter planning timeline may be considered rushed depending on the event date, package selected, and services requested.

  • Yes. Rushed events will include an additional 15% charge based on the total cost of services. This applies when the event timeline requires expedited planning, sourcing, ordering, research, or logistics support.
