Our services are designed for people who have an event in mind but need support organizing the details, developing the vision, sourcing vendors or materials, creating timelines, identifying locations, building budgets, and preparing the pieces that make the event feel cohesive.

Xanadu Co. does not provide day-of coordination, event setup, vendor supervision, teardown, or on-site event management. Instead, we focus on helping you plan well before the event begins, so you feel more prepared, organized, and confident when the day arrives.

  • $50 — A simple logistics package for clients who need help turning their ideas into an organized event vision. The Jo is ideal if you already have a general direction but need support clarifying your theme, identifying the feel of the event, and organizing your early planning details into one customized document.

    This package includes a free consultation, theme assistance or development, discussion of your event goals, and a customized Event Planner Document with an idea booklet, party details, and a date-specific timeline.

  • $100 — A more detailed planning package for clients who want theme support, vendor options, and a clearer event roadmap. The Aaiman is perfect if you want help developing the look and feel of your event while also receiving practical recommendations to help move the planning process forward.

    This package includes everything in The Jo, plus an expanded moodboard, vendor options for selected event needs, outfit ideas and links if applicable, and a follow-up call to review your customized Event Planner Document.

  • $250 — A hands-on logistics package for clients who want planning support plus help sourcing and preparing smaller event details. The Arzetta is designed for events that need a cohesive vision and thoughtful finishing touches, without requiring day-of coordination.

    This package includes everything in The Aaiman, plus Party Kit creation. This may include sourcing, ordering, packaging, and delivery of select smaller items such as food signs, stickers, party tattoos, cups, favors, and other detail pieces. It also includes specific vendor identification for additional event needs and a pre-event phone call to finalize logistics.

    Please note that larger items are not included in Party Kit delivery and must be shipped directly to the client or venue.

  • Starting at $300 with a $50 deposit — A fuller logistics package for clients who need support with planning, location research, and event budgeting. The Dionne is a strong fit if you need help identifying where the event should take place, understanding your budget, and keeping the planning process organized from idea to execution.

    This package includes everything in The Arzetta, plus location identification, event budget support, and two additional phone calls leading up to the event.

  • Starting at $500 with a $100 deposit — The most comprehensive Xanadu Co. logistics package for clients who need venue support, layout planning, and expanded planning communication. The Danielle is ideal for clients who want more detailed logistics support before the event, including help identifying and booking a location, thinking through the space, and finalizing the event flow.

    This package includes everything in The Dionne, plus location identification and booking support, a location walkthrough alongside the client if requested, a space map or layout, and three additional phone calls leading up to the event.
